What a great joy it is to minister to the people in the nursing homes. When you walk in the door, you have the intention of being a blessing to them, but as you leave they have been a blessing to you. For almost 15 years, we have been ministering to people in nursing homes (currently two locations), and we have met some wonderful people. Some of them have been former pastors, Sunday School teachers, deacons, and ministry leaders or workers of all kinds. Some of the people did not go to church often and have little knowledge of Jesus Christ, and we are able to lead them to Christ. No matter their history, holding a church service with them is so rewarding. Praise God for the opportunity to enter these facilities and preach the gospel.
